I did that - over and over. So many times. (and never lost those 10lbs and my arms definitely still jiggled)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • WholeYOU is a program personalized to YOU. So it is as long as you need. We have a three month minimum commitment, and then you can stay as long as you need to get support, guidance, community and accountability for your goal. Once you finish WholeYOU, you can opt to stay and practice mastery with the community in Alumni.

  • You can pay for WholeYOUniversity in full for the three month commitment at $1197 or opt into 4 monthly reoccurring payments of $425. You will stay In the program until you give a notice that you are ready to graduate.

  • We want to ensure that everyone gets the most out of the calls, since we have members from all over you will be able to let us know your preferred times once you are enrolled. If you are not able to attend calls they are recorded and will be available in the portal. The call schedule will come out at the beginning of the month every month and will also be in the welcome unit of the course and pinned in the slack channel.

  • Your purchase of WholeYOUniversity is for LIFE! As long as the program is around, you will have access to the course itself (not the slack channel or coaching calls) and all of the updates made to it.

  • It is BOTH! There are monthly group coaching calls in which you will get 1:1 coaching time. You will also have unlimited access to a coach M-F via Slack to ask anything and everything to help support you in your journey. If you are looking for MORE 1:1 support, you can add on WholeYOU HONORS - which gives you a private coaching channel with Coach K.

  • Yes! We have movement plans for every level for you to choose from. As you get stronger you have the option to change your plan to something more advanced.

  • No not necessarily, your nutrition plan is completely customized to where you are at in your journey. This could be different for everyone. It could be that you track your calories, calories and protein, or use a template to track your food. This is something that we will figure out after reviewing your nutrition intake form. Always remember we are here for you every step of the way!
