I’m so happy that you are here–and while I wish we were meeting face to face over a cup of coffee or spicy margarita, this webpage will have to do! I’m an Academic Educator gone Life Educator and Coach, thats been helping people throw out the ‘should be narrative’ and live their best life for over 14 years. My calling as a coach–paired with my passion and expertise in leadership, expert knowledge, personal health and fitness, custom consistency frameworks, (and an all around fun approach)–has created Whole Human; a space where people can come for support in any and all of their goals.

We’ve helped WholeYOUniversity grads find their true calling (like me), pivot into a perfect new career path, conquer promotions, create healthier habits with food and snackage, improve communication with their partners, and find their sense of self esteem, self love, and self worth.
