The mission of Whole Human Community is to provide a safe space to energetically engage with and educate our community on the WHOLE HUMAN. Magnifying our best self through nutrition, mental fitness, and movement. 

So what exactly does that mean? Well, let’s start with where the idea came from.

Often times when we reach for fitness or nutrition to help us reach our goals – it comes from a place of wanting our bodies to be smaller, tighter, more muscular, or in short – how we look. I’ve been there, and sometimes I still am. But, over the years I have learned that fitness and health is so much more than that.

When we reach for help we find trainers who can give us workouts to follow. We can get coaches who will give us meals plans or macros to follow. But time after time we leave those situations only partially successful, only partially satisfied. Because we leave without the skills to do these things on our own. To make these decisions on our own. Our health and wellness is more than a set of workouts, it’s more than a certain amount of carbohydrates for the day. Your health and wellness if for more than one day and one meal, it’s for your life.

Your health and wellness is regular and varied MOVEMENT. It’s NOURISHING your body day in and day out with thoughtful foods. It’s BELIEVING in who you are and being grateful for what you have, can do and what you bring. All of these things have to live in harmony together. When they do, you will reach your goals, no matter what they are. Not only will you reach those goals, but most importantly, you will KEEP the results.

All of these things together makes you a WHOLE HUMAN.
